Who we are
This site is operated by the Nehitek Foundation ("Nehitek," "we"). You can reach us at contact@nehitek.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to give us:
- Inquiry form — your name or organization, email address, inquiry category, and message, so that we can respond to you.
- Newsletter signup — your email address, so that we can send you our research briefs and papers.
We do not use advertising trackers, social media pixels, or third-party analytics cookies on this site.
How we use it, and on what basis
Inquiry details are used solely to respond to and follow up on your message, on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering questions people choose to send us. Newsletter addresses are used solely to send our publications, on the basis of the consent you give when you check the box at signup; every newsletter email includes a one-click way to unsubscribe. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Service providers and international transfers
Like most websites, we rely on a small number of providers to operate: our site is hosted on Vercel (which keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability), and form submissions and newsletter delivery are processed through Resend. Both providers are based in the United States, so using this site involves transferring your information outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Both providers publish their own data processing terms and rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards for such transfers. These providers process information on our behalf and under their own published privacy and security terms.
Retention and your choices
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle the relationship it relates to, and newsletter addresses until you unsubscribe. You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to the newsletter, by writing to contact@nehitek.com or using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.
Changes
If our practices change, we will update this notice and revise the effective date above.
